Delivery costs

We are delighted to announce that all deliveries to the UK are made free of charge!

International delivery costs vary by delivery location so please refer to the delivery costs when adding an item to your basket.

Delivery time

Standard delivery to the UK is normally within 3 working days, deliveries to the EU 5-7 working days, Rest of World 10-14 days. Please note any delivery times quoted are for guidance only, but if you have any specific delivery queries please feel free to contact us

Delivery agents

The vast majority of our deliveries are made using Royal Mail and their international partners. If there is ever a requirement for a parcel to be dispatched via another courier, we will contact you during the dispatch process to advise.

Returns

We hope that you love your jewellery, but if for any reason you need to return your items to us you have 30 days from delivery to do so. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns for personalised goods or any item that has had their seal removed for hygiene reasons. Please note that we do not cover returns postage, so if you have any questions about any item, please do get in contact prior to ordering. All international customers will need to send any unwanted items back at their own expense. The Jewellery Stockroom does not take responsibility for returns that get lost or misplaced in transit. We recommend using a tracked service to avoid this happening.

We believe that our items are not only unbeatable in value but also made with the highest quality materials and craftsmanship. However, we do understand that there may be the odd occasion where there may be something wrong with an item that you have ordered.
