Very nice vintage condition! This is the 1929 3rd Impression, printed by the American Guild of Health. The spine is cracked before page 3, and a few of the pages are a bit loose but still intact on the inside. There is a bit of paper stuck onto the back board, perhaps due to moisture exposure. There is a previous owner plate and some previous owner inscriptions on the front pastedown. Pages are otherwise nice and clean. Sold as is, please view photos before purchasing!
