Includes:
· One 12V 120W Glow Plug Mounted In 3/8" National Pipe Thread (NPT) Brass Fitting for use in "in" Port of 4 Port Mount. Mounts fuel in/out LR or RL. Assembly required.
· 4 Port Horizontal Filter Mount Having Common 3/8" NPT Ports
· Two 3/8” ID Hose Barb x 3/8” NPT Solid Brass Fittings
· One 3/8” NPT Hex Plug
· 1”-14 connector nipple
· Two hose clamps
· One 135 Degree F Thermostatic Resetting Switch To be Mounted by you using 3 drops of epoxy glue that you supply for Filtered Fuel Temperature Control
· Electrical wire for thermostatic switch. Crimp terminal for 12 Volt in.
Further Notes For This Kit:
Connect in-line with standard 3/8" ID Fuel Line. Mount fittings in desired location using thread sealing compound; torque to 15 ft/lb. Installs in about an hour; Secure the assembly with included three metal screws; connect fuel lines, prime assembly prior to supplying power to heating element.
CAUTION: Always prime the mounted heater/filter assembly with diesel fuel before supplying electricity to the heater glow plug!!!! Wire into a dedicated switched circuit (ignition off; power to heating element off) of at least 15 Amps-20 Amps is best.
