Evenly sprinkle 1 tsp (5g) of powder per 500ml of water. Sprinkle slowly to reduce clumping.

Place the lid on firmly and shake, or stir until the powder is fully dissolved.

Is sodium polyacrylate safe? I've heard it's not natural.

Yes. Sodium polyacrylate is approved as a food additive in Japan, one of the world's strictest safety markets. It's non-toxic, non-irritating, and gives the thick, slippery nuru feel. Natural alternatives can't match it.
