This is a cute, fun little vest that I purchased at BARNEYS NEW YORK. The color is black and it has multiple rows of little ruffles that run across the vest, itself. The fabric is soft & it is made of poly-elastane. Tagged a size L. Very boho! In new with tag condition. Smoke free home.
