This heavy duty terminal block suits many low voltage applications, including renewable energy battery systems. 

For example, you can use it to reliably connect 4 x 12 volt batteries in series to create a 48 volt battery supply for both off-grid and hybrid inverters. For a 48V battery system the left 5 x terminals are assigned as Ground, 12V, 24V, 36V and 48V followed by the fuse on the last pair of terminals.  Simply fit your M6 cable lugs over the terminals and tighten the nuts with a spanner.

This buss bar can be mounted on any flat, insulated surface. If the mounting surface is non-insulated we recommend additional insulation such as electrical tape along the back face.

The slimline design allows cables to hang down from the terminals without risk of shorting. It is supplied with one 80 Amp standard Midi Fuse as shown but you can easily fit other rated fuses to suit your application. The 30mm equal terminal spacing allows fitting of multiple Midi fuses if required by your application.
