WNS BEAD
ROLLER DRIVE SYSTEM (BRD-22) is used to convert flat plate manual
bead rollers
into motorised power machines, enabling one person to easily control
the forming.
They are universally compatible to suit the majority of models with a
25mm diameter
handle shaft. Complete with a foot pedal, variable speed control,
fixing bolts
and motor coupling.
Suitable for use with WNS Bead Rollers: BR464, BR464HD, BR305H
and other flat
plate bead rollers.
Machine that can be seen in the photographs is for demonstration purposes
only.
Please note, spacer washers are provided for shaft alignment. As this bead roller
kit fits many
manufacturers
machines, the user will need to check the spacer washers are the correct
thickness for
their machine
so the motor is correctly aligned. Alignment may require smaller or larger
spacers. Bolt
sizes may also
differ depending on the make of your machine
