Simple setup: 

1.   Thread the mainline through the hole in the cone.

2.   Thread the line through the hole at the top of the adaptor. 

3.   Thread the line back through the hole in the cone. 

4.   Draw the line tight and place the required weight onto the adaptor. 

5.   Lock the weight in position using the rubber tube, this also locks the adaptor onto the mainline. 

6.   Fit the required float into the tube. 

7.   To alter the depth, remove the float and tube and draw the line through the adaptor.
