New with tags lot of three black with colored waist stripes COCO LIMON stretchy tights / pants, size S / M. Tag says small - medium but I would say they are small.  10% nylon; 10% elastano; 80% polyester.  The stripe colors are bright cobalt blue, bright lime green, and gray.  They are in wonderful condition and from smoke free home.  Measurements are:

Outer leg: 35 1/2” unstretched

Waistband:  11 3/4” measured across when flat and not stretched
