  • We ship with USPS 3-5 days First Class Shipping(you will receive estimated within 3 to 5 business days after  item ships out.)

Return Policy:

  • Defective items will be replaced w/ an identical  item upon return of the defective item. We will make a  replacement or credit depends on our inventory.
  • Defective items must be noticed within 7 days of the  date you received it.
  • The buyer will be responsible for all shipping charges  and insurance when returning items.
  • Units returned and found not to be defective will be  returned at buyer expense.
  • If the retail package has been opened, and item return  for a refund is not defective OR if the item is returned for wrong reason will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
  • Refused, Unclaimed and Return packages due to Wrong/Incomplete address or shipped with Return to Sender option will have a 25%  restocking fee
  • S/H & Insurance charges are non-refundable.
  • All returned merchandise must be in original factory conditions, including all packaging materials, inserts and  manuals, all  accessories.
  • Please allow 3 to 7 business days after we receive the item to process your return.
