- Defective items will be replaced w/ an identical item upon return of the defective item. We will make a replacement or credit depends on our inventory.
- Defective items must be noticed within 7 days of the date you received it.
- The buyer will be responsible for all shipping charges and insurance when returning items.
- Units returned and found not to be defective will be returned at buyer expense.
- If the retail package has been opened, and item return for a refund is not defective OR if the item is returned for wrong reason will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
- Refused, Unclaimed and Return packages due to Wrong/Incomplete address or shipped with Return to Sender option will have a 25% restocking fee
- S/H & Insurance charges are non-refundable.
- All returned merchandise must be in original factory conditions, including all packaging materials, inserts and manuals, all accessories.
- Please allow 3 to 7 business days after we receive the item to process your return.
