but the pad that goes between the rain sensor and the glass.
Without this pad the sensor will not work or not function properly.

This pad is an inexpensive alternative to buying complete rain sensor.
In many cases rain sensors no longer work if the windshield
has been replaced and this part is not installed with the new glass.
The rain sensor pad must be present for rain sensor to function.
Pads have a one time use and are not able in most cases to be reused to function properly.
Buyers Note: Your windshield must have a Premounted bracket mounted on the windshield for rain sensor to attach to.
If your windshield does not have bracket on glass for rain sensor then the wrong windshield was installed.

- Buyers Note: Your windshield must have a Premounted bracket mounted on the windshield for rain sensor to attach to. If the Bracket has come off the windshield along with the Rain Sensor then the bracket will need to reattached to the windshield before sensor can be installed. We recommend taking to local auto glass shop to have bracket reattached.
- We recommend professional installation of this part (any Auto Glass Company) to Avoid possible damage to sensor or windshield
- If your windshield was replaced many times the sensor pad is not replaced; (but should have been). Try this 1st as an inexpensive solution to replacing the entire sensor. Sensor Pad must be present for sensor to function properly
