| RETURNS POLICY (Returns will only be accepted for the following reasons.) Item Received Damaged or Defective If you receive goods that are damaged in transit, or are defective, please contact us immediately. You will be given a Returns Number and we will arrange for collection. A replacement will be dispatched as soon as possible. If, on return, the item is found not to be damaged, nor defective, we reserve the right to charge a £15 processing fee, plus shipping fees, before the cable is released to be returned. (Should the customer refuse to pay these fees within 28 days, then a refund will be issued minus the £15 processing fee and the shipping fees incurred.) If the customer requests a refund once the item is returned, the return shipping fees will become liable and will be deducted from the refund. Incomplete Orders If your order is incomplete, and we have not notified you of this beforehand, contact us immediately explaining what the shortage is. We can then seek to resolve the issue promptly and to your satisfaction. Incorrect Item Received If you have received a different item from the one that you ordered contact us straight away. You will be given a Returns Number and we will arrange for the item to be collected and get the correct item to you as soon as possible. If, after receiving the item, you discover that you have ordered incorrectly contact us please contact us immediately. You will be given a Returns Number to return the item to us at your own expense. Once the item has been received by our returns dept. it will be inspected. So long as the item has been unused and is in its' original packaging we will then send out a replacement. The cost of returning the item to us and sending out a replacement will be the responsibility of the customer. (The amount of £12.50 will be charged to send the replacement to you. If you want us to arrange collection and replacement, the charge will be £25.00 - Overseas customers must contact us for prices.) Return Address Returns Dept. Powerpac Ltd.
