You are bidding on a Vintage Book. Hindu Tales by Teresa Peirce Williston and Illustrated by Maud Hunt Squire. Published by Rand McNally Co. 1929. This book shows very little shelf wear. Front cover has beautiful color with just a couple very light spots from use. Back cover has a few stains near the bottom of the cover and along the spline edge. Actual book has the original owners name on the first blank page and part of the original bookstore sticker at the bottom. The rest of the book is great with 6 beautiful full page color illustrations and many more half, third and quarter page color  illustrations. This book is solid, binding tight. This will look perfect in your library!!!
