Re: crystal healing and grid making, agate balances the water aspect, emotions, moods and fluid balances in the body - they all link.

(Agate has been used as an aid to help clear a bad hangover (by the seller a long time ago) and has helped to balance drinking habits).

Agate is linked with balancing fluids and the element of water, so great for problems with water works, fluid flow or as emotions are linked to the element water, agate is worked with for calming emotions and moods.

Agate is a great healing stone.

Quartz is included in many Geode stones and it is great for physical healing, especially solar chakra and holding in non dominant palm to receive energy through the receiving channels. Quartz heals on every level and is used by healers to direct energy of other crystals.
