Item must be unused complete with its Original Packaging. Please ensure the packing is not damaged.
Item must be complete, if the item came with any accessories e.g cable etc, you need to return it back with it.
All headphones wired or wireless (Bluetooth) are excluded from the 14 days returns policy due to hygiene reasons. However you will still have manufactures warranty as stated in the description.
If you are abroad and want to return the item back to us, we will not refund you for the postage you have paid to us.
