Payment

Payment is expected in full within 5 days of the auction's close.

Shipping

We mail within 48 hours from receiving payment (barring weekends, holidays and days that the USPS is closed for business). We discount shipping for multiple wins!

Our U.S. shipping charges are:

$16.95 for 2-3 comics                       50¢ for every additional comic

International shipping

We currently do not ship to foreign countries (besides Canada). That said, if you reside in a foreign country and are eager to bid on one of our auctions, please contact us prior to bidding and talk to us. We might be able to work something out.

(Note: foreign shipping charges can be extremely high and we want to ensure that you are aware of this – and the exact amount the shipping will cost – before bidding on an item. Custom charges are also the responsibility of the buyer.)
 

Every order will come with $50 of insurance and a tracking number and delivery confirmation.

Returns

We do not accept returns on independently graded and slabbed comics (e.g. CGC, CBCS, PGX, etc.). 

We do accept returns on raw (unslabbed) comics.  We understand it can be difficult to ascertain the true condition of a comic from pictures that may not always tell the full story.  We want you to be happy with your purchase.

We will glady issue full refunds (minus shipping costs) on any raw (unslabbed) comic not meeting your total satisfaction. We ask that you notify us of your intention to return an item within 3 days of your receiving it.

Note: Your product is automatically insured for up to $50 (and more if you ask us to add insurance at the additional USPS rate). However if a CGC case or comic is damaged in transit you will need to make a claim on the USPS website at:

https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm

Please make sure to take pictures of the damaged box and the damaged item(s).
