Postage, Packaging & Invoicing

Here at Autofirma, we pride ourselves on our environmental sustainability policies. Our whole business ethos is about reusing and recycling parts where feasible. As such, our postage and packaging practice also reflects these ideologies. Where possible, we use recycled clean materials for packaging, which includes outer boxes, packaging sleeves & void-fill.

We use several different couriers and postal operators. We offer economy & express delivery services where possible.

We offer worldwide shipping on the majority of our items.

Our dispatch times are shown in the listing information. Please note that dispatch time is counted in working days, Monday to Friday. They do not include Saturday or Sunday. Any items purchased on a Friday will be dispatched the following week.

All of our items are sent with tracked delivery, and our items are security marked to prevent fraud.

Buyers are responsible for any and all of their associated import & customs charges on said order.

As part of our environmental sustainability practices, we also operate as a paperless company. This means that we do not issue a paper invoice in the parcel. However our invoices are downloadable and printable for your records from either your ebay purchase page or payment transaction page.

Customer Returns & Cancellation

Please see the listing terms for the individual items return deadline. Our items either offer a returns period that meets or exceeds that of your statutory rights.

Please note that items are to be returned in the condition they were sent. If new, then are to be returned in the same new & unused condition with our original retail packaging.

Any items which have been returned in a different condition, for example, sent out as new but have been used or tampered with are subject to a 20% restocking fee to be deducted from the refundable amount of the item price only. Any delivery or shipping costs paid are non refundable.

All return costs are to be paid by the buyer.

In the unlikely event that an item is found to be faulty on delivery, then the item is to be returned in the original condition received. We will exchange the item where possible. If we do not have a suitable replacement, then a refund will be issued at our discretion.

Any items which have been damaged by the customer due to poor handling, workmanship or negligence are non refundable.

With regards to customer cancellations. Customers are responsible for all associated return costs, the qualifying refund will be made minus any and all postage costs we have incurred in dispatching the order to said buyer.

Please note that any vehicle compatibility is provided for generic reference of fitment only. The item may not fit every and all vehicles listed. It is the buyers sole responsibility to ensure that the component will fit their vehicle by both visually matching and confirming part numbers from their original part with the item before purchase. Any items purchased in error and returned will be subject to a deduction of all associated dispatch and delivery costs incurred.

With regards to any products advertised or supplied for modification, tuning or high performance purposes:

Consumers are solely and completely responsible for evaluating their vehicle to ensure that the vehicle, and each part of that vehicle, is appropriate for this component.. It is the consumer’s sole responsibility to have the performance enhancement parts properly installed on their vehicle along with any modifications necessary for the proper performance of the vehicle. Vehicle damage caused by a consumer’s failure to modify the vehicle properly for use of one or more of the parts and components is not covered by this Limited Warranty and is the sole responsibility of the consumer. This Limited Warranty and/or the New Vehicle Limited Warranty on your vehicle may be voided, either in whole or in part, where the vehicle has been damaged due to a consumer’s failure to modify the vehicle properly as necessary for use of the supplied parts and components.

Most Performance parts are not sold with a warranty. Performance parts are sold “as is”, “with all faults”, “as they stand” and without any express warranty whatsoever, unless otherwise expressly designated herein. To the fullest extent allowed by the state law, This Company expressly disclaims the implied warranties of merchantability and of fitness for a particular purpose, even if a particular purpose is mentioned herein. We also expressly disclaim all liability for direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to, damage or loss of property or equipment, loss of profits or revenue, cost of purchase or replacement of goods, or claims of customers of the purchaser that result from the use of any and all parts. In no event shall the liability of this Company, whether in tort, contract or otherwise, exceed the original cost of the part supplied. Any associated repair, replacement or refitting costs as a result will remain that of the consumer in all instances.

Should any parts prove defective following their purchase, that are outside the listed returns policy, then the buyer and not the manufacturer, distributor or retailer, shall assume the entire cost of all necessary servicing and/or repair. The entire risk as to the performance of such parts or vehicles is with the buyer.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
