Signed to the lower left corner Wagner. Bears the impressed Hutschenreuther CMHR mark in a circle mark, which was used between 1857 and 1899. Size  Faintly stamped Germany.  Frame measures 5.5" x 5.5". Plaque measures 3.25" x 2.5".
