All items are guaranteed to be in the working condition or in the condition we described as. However, if there is any problem, please contact us immediately. If you purchased the wrong item or need to return the item, you have 14 days to return the item from the date of delivery only if the item is in 100% same new/un-used/un-opened condition in original packaging (if there was any). A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply (contact us for more information).
