We CANNOT accept returns on the following items: Nutrients or Additives, used trimmers, scissors, Bubble Bags, & odor bags, as we cannot assure product quality for the next buyer. However, if your item is brand new, unopened / unused, we will accept the item back for a refund of what you paid for the items.
Returns are offered within 30 days and you may be charged up to 20% restocking fee.

We do NOT accept returns of used items, however if the item is not used, brand new in the original packaging we will be happy to process your return. It is the customer responsibility to pay for the shipping the order back to us. If it comes back USED / SMELLS, we will discard the item and no refund or replacement will be given.
