for sale here is a very very good and clean mallochs of perth brass platewind salmon fly fishing reel , 4.5" size , horn handle , full length unfiled and straight brass foot , shield logo to faceplate   , pillar construction , overall really excellent with no buckles etc  as seen , winds excellent with good strong check ,  ..all original screws and spacers etc...very very good example this one.pretty much all its original bronzing intact as seen...please see my other listings of hardy and other vintage fishing items this week

if you buy a reel from me , you can be sure it has been through my workshop , lines removed , fully cleaned and serviced and any worn or damaged parts replaced with new ones , so no loose handles , no chewed up screws , no spool wobble or spindle wear , no bent or filed feet , no worn pawls , no loose rivets or missing parts , good tight springs and always described exactly as i see it , i do all the hard work so you dont have to worry about getting an inferior reel
obviously the more vintage reels may have little flaws such as worn screw heads or paint wear or scratches etc but all items will be fully photographed and described correctly , if you are unsure then please contact me..
