After purchasing our repair service, simply ship your data collector(s) to us through your preferred carrier, please do not include any accessories (stylus, case, or back strap). 

Your printed eBay or PayPal order sheet with your return mailing address should be included inside the box.

This listing is for the LCD & touchscreen replacement repair service of one Trimble TSC2 Data Collector. All repairs have a same day or 1-2 days turnaround time.This is an LCD & touchscreen repair service only. 

If it is determined that the screen is not the issue, but rather there is a motherboard malfunction then your device will be returned with a full refund, return shipping not included. (We may depending on stocks be able to quote motherboard repair/replacement). 

After placing your order and paying for the service, we will send you a Repair Maintenance Authority form with an unique RMA number this document also contains exact shipping instructions, 

After completion of the RMA form, simply ship your Trimble TSC2 to us through your preferred carrier, please do not include any accessories. 

Warranty Statement:- 

All replacement LCD & touchscreens are guaranteed to be free of defects and fully operational for a period of 30 days after the return shipping date. Any issues arising with the LCD screen or touchscreen replacement within that period will be repaired free of charge, parts included.
