By default, when “free shipping” is offered unless specified your packages will be shipped via ground / economy service, whichever is less expensive. We are always willing to work with customers who need faster shipping options if customers are willing to HELP cover the cost for faster service. Basically, we figure the difference between the free shipping cost we will pay and the faster shipping option you would like and ask that you pay the difference between them, which might only be $5 - $10 it just depends, contact us and we can let you know ASAP.
P.O. boxes & other "USPS ONLY" shipping to locations do cost more depending on the item being purchased and destination. Contact us for a shipping quote if needed, we are an honest seller!!

We do ship worldwide every day, but some places even in USA may cost more, please contact us if you are in, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico etc. & PO BOXES if you would like a shipping quote please contact us with your shipping address and the products wanted.
ATTENTION International Customers!!! Shipping can take from 2 weeks to 2 months we have seen in the past. Keep in mind if you choose the cheapest shipping option to save money, DO NOT blame us for shipping delays. Shipping delays and transit times are COMPLETELY out of our control, there is absolutely nothing we can do about it.
The cheapest service option does not provide a true tracking number. it is just an international customs tracking number which will give you some updates but not all the time. If you need TRUE TRACKING numbers and your items for sure quickly you must purchase PRIORITY MAIL or EXPRESS MAIL SHIPPING.

We CANNOT accept returns on the following items: Nutrients or Additives, used trimmers, scissors, Bubble Bags, & odor bags, as we cannot assure product quality for the next buyer. However, if your item is brand new, unopened / unused, we will accept the item back for a refund of what you paid for the items.
Returns are offered within 30 days and you may be charged up to 20% restocking fee.
WE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS OF USED TRIMMERS, SCISSORS, BUBBLE BAGS, ODOR BAGS, ETC. PLEASE READ BELOW!!
Best thing for customers to do before they purchase any kind harvesting gear is to read reviews and watch videos on them.
We do NOT accept returns of used items, however if the item is not used, brand new in the original packaging we will be happy to process your return. It is the customer responsibility to pay for the shipping the order back to us. If it comes back USED / SMELLS, we will discard the item and no refund or replacement will be given. IMPORTANT to understand this policy as we cannot sell used products to the next customer nor can we have used products of that nature in our shop etc.
You may purchase merchandise from our eBay Store by using any one of the payment options listed. Bay Hydro LLC reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice to you.
Shipping cost to the customer is included in all item pricing, therefore your refund amount may be less than what you originally paid since we do not refund the shipping cost. Buyer is responsible for ALL return shipping expenses, including any future warranty shipping cost that may be needed.
If any returned item(s) are delivered back to us that violate the terms above, we will discard the item(s), and NO refunds / credit will be given to the buyer. ALL returns are required to have an RMA number.
