It will illuminate under soft light giving out a 3D glow. I came up with the idea to paint this image while driving this car in Malibu. If you look carefully at the people in the painting you will see a surfer talking to a woman who looks a lot like Pamela Anderson. The restaurant is no longer there but was iconic at the time. I took pictures and painted it over the next 6 weeks. It was painted in 2013 and is one of my personal favorite because it is so unusual.
