If you have
any problems with the item that you receive, please kindly send us a message on
Ebay.
We will
reply promptly.
Please do
not open a return request without messaging us first as the problem may be
solvable.
If the item
is damaged or faulty upon delivery, please contact us with a detailed
description of the issue and we will work with you to resolve the problem.
If a
replacement is required then once we have received the faulty or damaged item a
replacement item will be sent.
Return
postage is paid by the buyer.
If a
replacement item is not available you will receive a full refund once the item
is returned to us.
