  • Return Policy:  Thirty (30) days from auction final sale date.   Buyer to pay all shipping costs.   Shipping container and packing materials must be of at least the same quality and quantity as the original shipment from Seller.
  • Shipping Policy:  Shipping is free.   We use the post office and/or UPS depending on the package diameters and service areas.   Currently, we do not ship internationally.
  • Contact Policy:    Any questions or concerns you may have will be addressed by using the messaging system within the eBay website.   Please send Seller a message, and it will be answered within twenty-four (24) hours.   Messages are answered promptly during waking hours.  
  • Payment Policy:    PayPal is the only payment method offered.  Payment must be made within seven (7) days of auction final sale date.   If payment is not made, Seller will contact Buyer to inquire about payment.  If there has been no open line of communication established with Buyer by ten (10) days after the auction final sale date, the Seller reserves the right to cancel the transaction and re-list the item for sale.   We know problems occur, and we are willing to work with you to make our transaction successful.   Communication is the key to having a positive outcome on all transactions and problems.
  • Handling Time:  Your parcel will be packed and shipped within five (5) business days.  We strive to get all packages shipped as soon as possible.  We cannot ship on weekends or holidays, and therefore do not count Saturday, Sunday, or U.S. holidays in our handling time estimates.  Please know that in order to keep a good Seller rating I have to have an extended handling time or eBay will start to charge me a higher final value fee.   This only drives up my prices so that I can pay eBay's fees.   It is very rare that it takes 5 business days to get something shipped, but I have to be safe and not sorry!   I'm also keeping the prices lower for you, my customer!
