This Nicklaus n1 Linear Dynamics 3 iron is in very good condition.  The grip is fully intact and useable but does show some slight hardening. The 80 - 94 MPH flex graphite shaft is in great shape.  The steel club head shows very little wear from normal use.   Length is 39.5 inches.   You will be very pleased with the condition of this quality made club.  Thanks for looking.
