Presenting an outstanding vintage 1960's Taxco Mexico Sterling Silver Poison Pillbox ring. This incredibly comfortable concave, Saddle Style design features a stunning 12.5 by 8.7mm oval Goldstone cabochon, set in a smooth bezel on the cap, with bold twisted rope accents encircling the lid, box, six large Sterling Silver beads and border. The north and south beads are raised with an open design. The handmade twisted wire hinge is in excellent working condition and the lid fastens securely over the deep well of the box.  The wide arms of the band easily adjust to any size.
