This is a very nice vintage MISTIC pattern dinner plate from Syracuse China.  I think these came in different colors - this is the blue cobalt color and does have the gold ring around the edge, 6 1/4 inch bread and butter size plate.   Very nice condition with no chips or damage, nice and shiny.
