The inputs and outputs terminals can be custom made with Pro XLR sockets using silver plated copper XLRs either male or female types. Each passive stepped attenuator Pre-Amp is built entirely by hand with our own design in order to achieve a very natural, detailed and deep sound in any type of music as far as preamplifiers goes.

A bit of technicality;

• The "Malega Audio™ - PS1” Passive Pre-amplifier design has a wood veneer front panel making it look a bit retro and usually well complement the rest of someone's system or a room design. With audio clarity as main priority, we make sure the delicate signal between your audio gear as intact as possible.
• The whole audio signal path is as transparent and as intact as possible using the finest purity silver.
• Input and output RCAs are gold-plated copper alloy.(silver plated RCAs are as a choice on the Co. website).
• This specific passive Pre-Amp design "PS1™" has only 1 pair of RCA inputs and 1 pair of RCA outputs only. If you need with 2 pairs of RCA inputs (for two audio sources as CD, DAC and Phono Corrector) please see another passive Pre-Amp model "PS2™" that has an audio type silver plated on copper alloy toggle switch to select between two audio inputs.
• The volume control is a special design with carbon resistors, connected with silver plated copper.

 So rest assured you will get a very special bespoke product which is like no other. Designed to be a keeper in any audio system. Your audio signal from your source travel to your power amp so clearly that you can easily distinguish the difference in sound by changing your audio source! So you pretty much hear what your source is capable of. We advise using silver RCA interconnects if possible, or at least a decent copper cables as any parts in your audio chain will surely affect the music you hear. We have an audiophile grade interconnect cables of our own brand the Malega SILVER 1™ analogue cables in case you need it. Take your music to a new level and simply enjoy it having your CD or Vinyl collection sound more lifelike than before. Select the front panel you like the most to complement your musical components too.
