double screened, one of which is a conductive inner coating
One end of the cable is fitted with a genuine Neutrik gold plated right angled NP2RX-AU Silent
Switched 6.35mm Jack plug, the other end is fitted with a gold plated
NP2X-B 6.3mm Jack plug.
Application
The silent guitar plug automatically mutes the guitar amplifier input when removed from the guitar jack socket, and is ideal for changing your guitar on stage without muting the guitar amplifier input.
The reed switch technology avoids pops and squeals when changing the guitar live.
NOTE
The red plug labelled silent must be installed into the guitar and the black plug to the amplifier input.
These leads are designed as instrument leads and are not suitable as passive speaker leads.
