This listing is for a beautiful and deep hand cut crystal egg shaped candy trinket dish/jar with lid/cover/top. Measuring 6-3/4" inches in height with a 4" inch diameter at its' widest point, the decor of this 2-piece piece, is that of pineapple/lattice and starburst/fan patterns commonly found on cut crystal. These patterns are cut in both the bottom jar-half of the dish as well as the top/lid/cover-half. Suspect this to be hand cut because no 2 pineapple/lattice patterns are exactly the same.

This 2 piece egg dish jar is detail ridden, including the inverted scallop-like pattern encircling the rim of the bottom jar-half of the dish. The sunburst pattern capping the lid/top/cover comes to a distinct peak that has the feel of brilliant cut crystal.The amount of detail given to this crystal egg rendition surpasses that of most, which distinguishes it. The egg rests on its' flat 2-1/4" inch diameter bottom surface that is also cut in a full sunburst pattern. A hefty 2 lbs and 4 oz ,this 3D figural is a substantial piece.

This piece is unsigned/unmarked - sadly enough, however it makes for an excellent addition to any novel or general crystal collection. Perfect for EASTER too. Can be used as a candy or trinket dish/jar.
