This is an envelope signed by Gustavo Envela-Makongo.

 

Gustavo B. Envela-Makongo, Sr. (1926-2005) was a diplomat

from the western African nation of Equatorial Guinea. He served

as that country's first ambassador to the United Nations.

Ambassador Envela-Makongo's signature is on an
official envelope of the Permanent Mission of the
Republic of Equatorial Guinea to the United Nations. 

The envelope is in good condition, with a crease where it has been folded.
