This is a signed letter from Jean-Charles Sicurani.

Jean-Charles Sicurani (1915-1977) was a French diplomat

who served as the Governor of French Polynesia.

Earlier in his career, Sicurani had held several diplomatic posts

in Africa, including High Commissioner of the Sudanese

Republic, and High Commissioner of the Mali Federation.

The letter is dated February 1, 1967, and is written in French.
It was originally sent to an American autograph collector.

It is typed on an 10" by 8" sheet of Sicurani's stationery
as Governor of French Polynesia.

Please note: the letter mentions a signed photo of Sicurani.
I have already sold that photo.

The letter is in good condition, with creases where it has been folded,
and two small pieces of clear tape on the back.
