to be the first "teen idol" pop singer, and thus can be said to have had
a major influence on popular culture.
The check is signed by Rudy Vallee, and has his name printed on it.
The check is dated December 2, 1932, and is for $5.50.
The check was made out to someone named W. A. Macalaster, of the town
of Cornish, Maine. Macalaster has signed the reverse side of the check.
The reverse side is also signed by someone named "A. N. Welch"
(If I have read the initials correctly).
The check is in good condition, with some creases.
