HMS Victory 1:100 (Heller) – Set of 730 Walnut Rigging Blocks
A complete set of 730 CNC-machined walnut blocks and deadeyes prepared for the standing and running rigging of the Heller HMS Victory model kit in 1:100 scale.
This complete set contains: 274 walnut blocks and deadeyes for the standing rigging, 456 walnut blocks for the running rigging and four rope threaders.
CNC-Machined Walnut Blocks
The blocks and deadeyes are manufactured from walnut wood using CNC machining. This production method provides consistent dimensions, precisely formed grooves and a significantly more realistic appearance than the simplified plastic blocks normally supplied with model kits.
The set includes deadeyes, single blocks, double blocks and triple blocks in the sizes and quantities required for the standing and running rigging of the model.
Depending on the block size, individual packages may contain a small surplus of up to six pieces beyond the quantities listed below.

Historical and Technical Source
The recommended block sizes were calculated using the tables and rigging information published in The 100-Gun Ship Victory by John McKay, part of the Anatomy of the Ship series.
The information from this reference was converted to 1:100 scale and used to determine the appropriate sizes and quantities of blocks for the Heller model.
Rigging Plans
Eight detailed rigging plans prepared for the HMS Victory model are available separately as a free digital download from the HiSModel website. The plans are not physically included in the package.
The documentation consists of three plans for the standing rigging and five plans for the running rigging. The positions and applications of the individual block types are marked on the plans, making it easier to select and install the correct blocks throughout the rigging.
Four rope threaders are included in the complete package: two with the standing rigging set and two with the running rigging set.
