Shipping

  • We commit to ship all items within 24 business hours after payment has been cleared (weekends/postal holiday excluded).
  • All orders placed before 3pm EST will be shipped out the same day and drop off before USPS last collection.
  • We are not responsible for invalid address. We reserve the rights to charge a second shipping postage for returned items due to wrong address.
  • Orders with free shipping within the States will be shipped via USPS first class mail.

Terms of Sale

  • We offer 14 days return/refund after parcel received.
  • Item must be returned in  it's original package. Buyer MUST acknowledge us for return approval prior returning the package.
  • Please select first class mail with tracking for return package.
  • Item that are received in defective/broken item/wrong model: We will cover all expense of sending replacement along with a return shipping label.
  • All NON-seller mistake/personnel preference: Buyer pays return shipping. For Free Shipping item, seller delivery postage will be deducted in refund.
  • Our warranty does not extended to any products that are physically damaged or that are not under normal operating conditions as a result of misuse or improper installation on the buyer/user's part.
  • Refund will be made upon receipt of the returned item.
