❤FAQ 1: Why this unit display 572F or other inaccurate temperature?

Solution: Please firmly insert the probes in the unit, no gaps! Really need push it hard. Then problems solved.

❤FAQ 2: Why this unit couldn’t pair with my phone or need pin code?

Solution: Please open the GPS if your phone is Android system as Google play requested ( newest version APP needs GPS permission). Please turn on the Bluetooth, then search

 and pair the device on BBQ GO APP, don’t search the device through Bluetooth page directly.

❤FAQ 3: Can I put this unit in high temperature places?

Solution: No, it can’t. The plastic back magnet temperature should not over 80℃/176F.

❤FAQ 4: Can one unit be linked up to multiple phones or one phone connected with multiple units?

Solution: One phone can only connect with one unit at one time

❤FAQ 5: Are the probes and wires waterproof?

Solution: No. Only the meat ends are waterproof.

❤FAQ 6: Is there any graphing or save of previous cook data?

Solution: It can only display the current cooking data. Which can’t be saved or download.
