    There are No refunds given on used Rada knives. We only except refunds if the item is still new in original packaging.

  • Want to return a Rada item? Must be still NEW in original pkg. (within 30 days) Once opened - the lifetime warranty takes place.

  • Return shipping cost is at your expense (unless we sent you the wrong items)  

    * The Lifetime warranty is for any Rada product that becomes defective in material, such as a chipped or broken blade, even if its not your fault. 

  • We are only a reseller of Rada products... therefore once you opened or used any Rada product we sent you - you have to contact Rada Mfg. Co. This also includes any damages that might happen during shipment to you through USPS in case you ever have an issue.      Thank You!
