How To Order

1) Choose Polo Shirt Size and Print Location From The Drop Down Options Above.
2) Send Us Your Choice Of TEXT And the colour you would like your text to be printed in together with The Font You Want to Use Using The EBAY Messaging System During The Checkout Phase.
If you do not specify, we will paste the text exactly as you sent it, and print it using OUR CHOICE of vinyl and Font.

Product Description

We have been in the garment printing industry for over twenty years so we know what we are doing. The pricing is for TEXT ONLY in the positions as listed any other position can be printed so please ask for details. Logos can also be done but due to the vast range of designs, shapes and sizes you will need to send details and we can quote accordingly.
Our classic shirt is as follows:-

•  50% Polyester 50% Cotton
•  Reactive Dyed
•  Knitted Collar
•  Taped Neck
•  Hemmed Sleeve & Bottom
•  Washable at 60 Degrees
•  3 Self Coloured Button Placket

We use a high quality soft finish vinyl for the print as is used by most football clubs and will wash without any lose of colour.
Our colour listings show only the most common shades from the vast range so if you need to colour match please contact us and we'll try and help. Please contact us for other quantities, sizes and colours as we hold a large range even upto 6 XL.
Alternatively we have our own multi-head embroidery machine so we can supply embroidered text and designs on application at very competitive prices.

As this is TEXT only PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU HAVE THE CORRECT SPELLING AS MISTAKES CANNOT RECTIFIED.

PLEASE NOTE: We reserve the right to cancel any order placed at any time. This is due to the current post-pandemic economic crisis leading to staff shortages and supply chain setbacks, which are also EU post-Brexit trade related. 

WASHING:

Before washing, always look at the care label and carefully follow the instructions. Also close all zips, undo buttons, check pockets for loose or sharp objects, flatten out collars and cuffs. Always check to ensure the Washing Machine is not overloaded. Use a good quality detergent and ensure that the right amount of detergent is used. Do not use bleach or other strong solvents and do not use extreme heat on the garments. We strongly recommend that all garments are put into a washing machine inside out where possible.

RETURNS:

If you have any issues with the order dispatched, please do not open a case or start a return in the first instance. Message us first and we will resolve the issue faster by re-sending or refunding promptly. Please allow 4 days processing for customisation orders, plain orders will be dispatched much faster, (usually next day).  Our opening times are 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. 

Personalised

WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON PERSONALISED ITEMS, UNLESS THERE IS A CLEAR FAULT WITH THE PRINT OR EMBROIDERY. For all other reasons we do not accept returns on personalised items, as the garments are rendered unusable. Therefore please ask us any questions beforehand and clarify the order details. We also strongly suggest ordering 1 sample garment before placing a big order with us. 

Plain

We do accept returns for plain items where there is an issue with the order. However buyers need to cover the return postage costs where the reason is due to sizing and fitting. We do cover the return costs for other reasons listed on eBay. For returns of orders over £50 we charge a restocking fee of 10% of the order value, so please bear this in mind when refund fee is processed. 

Feedback

We leave automatic positive feedback for all buyers. If you feel you need to leave us negative feedback please message or call us first to resolve the issue. Negative feedback does not solve anything. It may seem like a relief of frustration or a means of retaliation but it is not a solution to issues with orders. Please also do not use negative feedback as a threat when messaging our staff. This petty intimidation technique is uncalled for and does not resolve the problem. 

Response Times:

We are not able to reply to messages on weekends and public holidays. Due to high volumes of orders and messages we will reply to your massages after 2 days. Please be patient and be as detailed as possible in the order details. We thank you for your business and really appreciate your patience during these difficult times.
