This is a magnificent GERMAN WMF ART NOUVEAU Silver Plate Centerpiece Girl with Two Dogs, ca 1900. Original Silver Plate in very good condition. Hallmarked as you can see in the pictures. Measures: 33,5 cm long by 17 cm wide, by 20,5 cm high. We are delighted to have such a rare Art Nouveau WMF collection for sale, please see my other items to combine shipping. WMF is the abbreviation for Württembergische Metallwarenfabrik, which means Württemberg Metal Factory and was created in 1880 in the small town of Geislingen on the river Steige (Geislingen an der Steige), after the succesful merger of two smaller silver plate foundries. This company is still actived.
