These adapter conversion screws are perfect if you have bought a shift knob or want to get a shift knob for your Japanese car with the wrong size direct thread. 

This listing is for ONE flanged caliber conversion screw to fit thread 10x1.5 and converts the thread to 12x1.25.  This means that it will fit on gear sticks with a pitch thread originally of 10x1.5 (please do check your specific application) which will then allow you to fit a JDM shift knob that is of 12x1.25 thread.
