Items are posted on working days Monday - Friday. 

If item is to be delivered to Northern Ireland, R.O.I, Isle Of Man & Scilly Isles, Scottish Highlands, Offshore Islands, the Channel Islands and the Isle of Wight then it will incur extra postage charges. Please email for these postage prices.

In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty or damaged product we will dispatch a replacement item to rectify the issue on the next available working day. In some cases we may ask our customers to return the item to us but we will of course refund any extra postage costs to you. Customers are welcome to return unwanted items to us within 14 working days as per the Consumer Contracts Regulations. Customers must notify us by email within 14 working days of receiving the item. Please note that customers are responsible for all postal costs of unwanted items. 

Items MUST be returned in original, unopened packaging and in re-sellable condition. We reserve the right to charge a re-stocking fee of 20% if the above criteria has not been met. 

We accept Paypal for all our listings. Card payments are also welcomed. Card payments can be made either by phone or in person should you wish to come to our distribution warehouse to view/inspect before purchase.
