Overall, the book is in Acceptable- Condition. The leather boards have heavy wear, stains and scratches.  The edges are scuffed and chipped.  There are other scratches and stains on the leather and the corners are torn, dented and heavily chipped.  The spine has some cracks and it is chipped at the top and bottom edges.  The front and rear boards are loose and they feel as though they have some water damage.

Internally, there are 448 pages.  The paper is split inside the front and rear boards, so that you can see the joints on the spine.  There is wear, stains, browning and foxing to the pages.  Chips along the edges and some corners are creased.  Some nicks and tears along the edges.  Writing by a previous owner on the front end pages.  There are stickers pasted on the front and rear end pages suggesting that it an ex-library book.
