Damaged Items: The carrier is responsible for all items damaged during shipping. You will need to fill out a damaged claim report from the carrier and contact us ASAP.
Note To Overseas Buyers:
None of our product pricing includes overseas taxes or extra fees on top of our advertised product price and shipping/handling.
However, it is your responsibility to pay any fees charged by your government customs department or postal office, should they be incurred.
Returns: In order to process a return. You have 30 days after receiving the item to process the request for a return. We allow a return but a restocking fee of a 20% will apply. If the incorrect part is due to our error, we will resolve the issue immediately.
