This product requires the the use of genuine cartridge chips from your Brother cartridges. Our instructions explain how to remove and affix them to our CISS cartridges. Your chips will only need to be reset once and a chip resetter is included with your purchase.

There are compatibility issues with XL Cartridges (LC235, LC237 and LC239 Cartridges) This product requires the use of LC231 or LC233 Chips to reset correctly.
