Beer Brite is a freeze-dried beer fining made from isinglass. Finings will help clear a beer quickly and help compact the sediment. This product is sufficient to clear up to three 5 gallon brews. It can either be added to the pressure barrel or if bottling add to your fermentation bucket the day before bottling.

It used to be available in sachets but now is in a resealable tub sufficient for 3 x 5 gal/23 litre batches.
