Selecting the correct size clamp:
- Accurately measure the OUTSIDE diameter of your hose / application.
- Select the Hose Clip which size range matches the OD of your hose.
- The outer diameter of the hose tends to increase when you push the hose onto a spout or connection.
- Size Example: If the hose is 57mm outside diameter use a 50-70mm clamp.
Applying the clamp:
- Make sure you have a Slotted Screwdriver or flexi driver and loosen the bolt enough to get over the pipe or hose.
- Slide clamp over hose.
- Connect hose to connector, make sure the connector is far enough in, tighten the bolt up firmly, do not exceeding the recommend torque.
- Test it's tight enough you're done
