The LiftMaster® MyQPCK Kit Retrofit Package includes (1) 888LM MyQ Control Panel and (1) LiftMaster 828LM Internet Gateway. With it you can upgrade your LiftMaster® garage door opener manufactured since 1998 to the new MyQ® and Security+ 2.0™ radio systems so you can control and manage your LiftMaster® garage door opener and other MyQ® accessories from anywhere in the world by using your smartphone, tablet or computer.

MyQ® Control Panel (888LM)
Upgrades your LiftMaster® Security+® garage door opener manufactured since 1998 to the new MyQ® and Security+ 2.0™ radio systems. This will allow you to control your garage door opener and home lights using your smartphone or computer (when paired with the LiftMaster® Internet Gateway).

LiftMaster® Internet Gateway (828LM)
Connects to an Internet router to provide remote access through MyQ® technology. MyQ® is an intelligent two-way communication system that has the ability to manage and activate other MyQ® enabled devices within the home and provide simple control of home lights, garage door opener, and select gate operators via an Internet-enabled smartphone or computer.

The LiftMaster 828LM Internet Gateway is compatible only with the following LiftMaster® products: LiftMaster® Security+2.0™ garage door openers with a yellow learn button (models 8500, 8550, 8557, 8587, 8355, 8360), LiftMaster® Security+2.0™ gate operators (models CSW24V, CSL24V or LA500), MyQ® Control Panel (model 888LM) and related MyQ® accessories (823LM and 825LM).

Upgrade any LiftMaster® garage door opener manufactured since 1998 to the new myQ® and Security+ 2.0® radio systems to allow control of the garage door with a smartphone or computer. Includes: (1) LiftMaster® Internet Gateway (Model 828LM) and (1) myQ® Control Panel (Model 889LM).

 

Connectivity

  • Allows LiftMaster® Garage Door Openers manufactured since 1998 to be controlled by a smartphone, tablet or computer. 
  • Easily program remote controls and myQ enabled accessories directly from the control panel.
  • Provides the upgrade needed to utilize Security+ 2.0® and LiftMaster myQ® Technology.
  • myQ Accessories require the optional purchase of an Internet Gateway (Model 828LM)*.
  • Use with the myQ app on Android or iOS.

Performance

  • The myQ Retrofit Pack contains the 889LM Control Panel and 828LM Internet Gateway.
  • Opens and closes the garage door and controls the garage door opener lights from inside the garage.
  • Control how long the garage door opener lights stay on after opening or closing the garage door with an adjustable light timer. 

Safety and Security 

  • Equipped with a 150° sensing angle motion detector - automatically turns on garage door opener lights when movement is sensed.
  • Timer-to-Close will automatically close the door after a preprogrammed number of minutes.
  • Locks out all outside remote control signals while homeowners are away.
