Gemini Snap Lok letters are no longer manufactured. Gemini and Wagner also no longer make SLOTTED letters.

• These letters are in new or used condition unless otherwise noted.
• The images are a good representation of what the sign letters listed look like.

 

Shipping:

• Save on shipping by purchasing multiple items. We will always combine shipping to make your purchase cost effective.
• Please contact us for combined shipping costs before paying invoices.
• We ship all items USPS Priority Mail or UPS with Delivery Confirmation unless otherwise specified.
• Shipping takes place Monday thru Friday.
• Items paid for over the weekend will generally ship on Monday but we cannot promise. If you have a pressing need make sure you let us know.
• We ship anywhere in the world. Please contact us with your address and we will calculate shipping for your location.

 

Returns:

• We accept returns within FOURTEEN days of receiving the item and will refund your purchase price.
• Our letters are often worse for wear. We ship the best ones we have but we recognize our clients need these letters.
• If we are at fault for an unsatisfactory item:  if the item is not what was described we will refund 100% of item and shipping.
• If a purchase is returned for any other reason a refund is issued for the item purchase total only and shipping both ways is nonrefundable.
